Gradus means the step. One step, then the next. Tell us about your week, your goal and the things you already love doing, and we build a plan that fits your life. Rewrite it as often as you like, for as long as you are with us.
The mornings or evenings you can actually train, the days you can't, and the sport you already play. The plan is built around them, with rest days that count.
Every session in your own paces with an effort out of 10. Fartleks that change every week, intervals that build, tempos that teach control.
A box on every day of the printed plan and a tap on the screen. A run, a stretch, a game or a rest all keep the streak alive. Habit first, speed follows.
Local routes and trails near you, a parkrun on the lighter weeks, your favourite spots, a playlist, and a plan for the niggles that usually stop people.
New goal, new race date, a harder level, a restart after a break, or a week that fell apart. Rebuild the plan as many times as you like, whenever your life changes. That is the whole idea.
Your plan, your streak and every day you've ticked, in one place on any device.

Name and email are the only things we need. Everything else makes the plan better.
All optional. Age sets your heart-rate zones; HRV gives you a daily readiness check; height and weight let us pace the build sensibly; race times set your paces better than anything else.
We size the first weeks from where you are, not where you want to be.
Turn off any part of your week you can't train, and we build the plan around what is left. Tell us what you already do on the other days (soccer, gym, swim) too.
Things you enjoy that get you moving. They become cross-training days, rest-day suggestions and the "keep it fun" page at the back of your plan.
Things that flare up when you run. We build the right exercises into your stretch days and give you a page on each one.
A holiday in the middle, a race you've already entered, a medical condition your coach should know about.
Tap any day to change it: swap a session, tweak the distance, or write your own. Edits carry into the PDF.
